Delhi Police busted an illegal casino operating out of a hotel in Delhi's Mahipalpur. 14 persons including five women, arrested, police said on Tuesday, out of which four women are from Nepal.

DCP (South West) said, they have seized Rs 1.1 lakh in cash along with gambling equipment such as 30 sets of cards, and 6, 100 chips worth Rs 30.5 lakh from the spot and 30 sets of cards were recovered during the raid, he said. All of them were taken into police custody.
Five women - four from Nepal and one from Punjab - were among those arrested. All men arrested are from Delhi-NCR, the police said.
A case under the Delhi Public Gambling Act has been registered at Vasant Kunj (South) Police Station in connection with the incident.
