NLC Organises Seminar on Best Practices in Financial Management

As part of its Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, to share the best practices for achieving further excellence in the industry, NLC has organized a National Seminar on “Best practices in Financial Management” at Neyveli on 20th and 21st January 2017 at Learning & Development Centre, Neyveli.

Shri Susheel Kumar, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Coal, inaugurated the seminar by lighting the traditional lamp in the presence of Shri S. Jayaraman, former Member, CERC & former CMD, NLC India Limited, Dr S.K Acharya CMD, NLCIL & Functional Directors of NLCIL at Learning & Development Centre, Neyveli, on 20.01.2017.To mark the occasion an e-seminar broacher was released by Shri Susheel Kumar and first copy was received by Dr. Acharya. Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister of State (IC) for Power, Coal, New & Renewable Energy and Mines, in his message, appreciated NLCIL management for organizing the seminar which will serve as a platform for sharing and stimulating innovative ideas and suggestions on enhancing efficiency of an organization and thereby build a strong foundation for growth.
